COMMISSIONING TERMS
-Commissions generally take anywhere from 1 day to 3 months. If I feel there may be a delay I will let you know.
-I will message you once the commission is begun and will provide a sketch when ready. At this stage, you may request changes if needed and I will work to provide within reason.
-After I have started the lining and onto the colouring stage changes or additions may incur a surcharge of $5 or more depending on extremes.
-If I feel uncomfortable with the commissioner I have the right to cancel the commission at any given time. Refunds will be given depending on the progress of the commission.
-I will not refund if the commission is more than 50% completed. If you request a refund after you will only receive 50% of the amount (tips will not be refunded at all). I will not refund after I complete a commission.
-I hold the rights to post artwork of your commission to social media, post it in galleries, etc.
-Please keep work conversation respectful and professional. I am friendly however respect that I may not be comfortable with casual conversation as this is a job.
-A character reference must be provided. The reference must be clear and easy to see. If no reference is provided I will charge a surcharge of $5 and upwards depending on complexity.
COMMERCIAL USE
-Commissioned work may never be used for commercial use UNLESS discussed beforehand and given express permission. Credit MUST be given for all work.
-Adopts must have permission to be commercially used, just contact me.
ADOPTS
-All adopts will be purchased through PayPal with world currency or traded. Points are not a currency I accept.
-Adopts may ONLY be sold for their original value unless there is added artwork in top of them.
-After adopting please wait a week before resale.
-You may not pay through someone else UNLESS discussed with me beforehand
-You are permitted to make changes to the characters design however please tag me if you draw them, I love to see my characters being loved. I often do not keep all files so please remember to keep them safe.
-You may gift or trade designs. If you have been given a character from me you can only regift or trade them.
I will NOT draw: childporn (loli/shota), feral porn, rape, babyfur or anything I feel is harmful/abusive/non-consenting. Please contact me if you are unaware of my stance on certain kinks. I will let you know.
